She holds an M.A. and M.Sc. in Psychology, along with a B.Ed, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (PGDC), and a Diploma in Memory Retrieval Therapy (DMRT). Known for her expertise, Sr. Molly also serves as visiting faculty at Visvadeep College in Bangalore, and her guidance is sought both in India and internationally.
